• FRAME: Monolithic normalized and heavily ribbed steel and precision machined frame. Ceramic paint treatment ((created for offshore): sand-blasted, rust-proof primed , added epoxy resin coating to two components , for long-term protection against corrosion.
• HI-TECH ELECTROSPINDLE: A powerful Hp.15/kW 11 (S6) air cooled electrospindle featuring outstanding lifetime and efficiency. ISO 40 cones attachment with rotary joint to enable internal wheels water cooling
• HARDWARE: The machine features OSAI Open Series NC unit with Ethercat system and axes digital management technology. PC interface with 64 bit, Windows 10 operative system with USB port, network board, mouse, keyboard and TFT 21” flat monitor. Remote control included. The machine can be connected to intranet allowing office-based remoted  programming. Remotable performing platform with Teleservice connection.
• ABS PROTECTION: ABS hoods and covers, to ensure the operator safety and a great noise reduction, maintaining ergonomics and modern design.
• AUTOMATIC TOOL CHANGE: The machine features a 11 positions (+11 opt) tools magazine for ISO 40 cones. The magazine is located in the rear of the worktable to reduce average distance to be covered by the machine during tool changes.
• TOOL WEAR DETECTION: Polishing wheels are subject to faster wear than the diamond ones and are essential to the quality of finish. An adaptive system driven by the CNC unit dynamically detects the polishing wheels wear adjusting their pressure on the workpiece on a real time basis during the process delivering unparalleled edge brightness.
• SELF-LEVELLING ALLUMINIUM WORKTABLE: The worktable is made of monolithic rectified solid aluminium mounted on the machine steel frame. Aluminium and steel behave quite differently to temperature daily and seasonally swings resulting in undesired table bending; thanks to a DENVER patent the QUOTA worktable is free to widen and shorten with respect to the machine frame thus maintaining its flatness without the need to mill the aluminium worktable to retrieve the original tolerance
• AUTOMATIC LUBRICATION SYSTEM: All guideways are automatically lubricated by a centralized pump with programmable time intervals managed by the control unit.
• VACUUM PUMP FOR THE SUCTION CUPS: Vacuum pump unit with liquid separator. Vacuum switch to signal an insufficient vacuum level, 3 ways valve for vacuum open/close and blow to ease the slab positioning. Software program for the positioning of the reference stops and suction cups.
• AXIS MOVEMENT: Thanks to different patents Denver machines are able to reduce vibration and noise, and thought to increase working precision (Denver patent)
