• Large 10″ touchscreen for programming and controlling various machine functions and automatic work cycles, and for the memorization of the irregular slab perimeter to process
• quick exchange of polishing carriages is made possible by the applied system of quick-clamping plates on the head, an audible signal indicates the end of the working cycle of each tool, the head automatically rises and moves to the front of the table to facilitate the exchange of the tool mounting plate
• bridge and “Y” guideways in monolithic normalized and heavily ribbed steel, sand blasted, zinc coated rust proof primed with two layers epoxy coating; frame parts and worktable are hot zinc coated
• 4 side fenced hot zinc coated supporting grid (3725×1970 mm) complete with water disposal conveying chute
• spring loaded tool head with dynamic pressure control
• featuring a joy stick to adjust the head vertical movement and locate the working area in case of out of square workpiece
• advanced software now includes, among other things, software for machining polygons, visualization of workpiece shape, storage of stored shape and polishing cycles, tool wear control – including those with different diameters
• loading of the slabs is easier and safer thanks to the hydraulically tilting working table
