Circular bridge saw for stone cutting DS-450S (without rotary table)

Stone circular machine with the ability to cut straight and at an angle of 45°. The machine in the basic version with tilting of the working table to 85°, without rotation, which significantly reduces the final price of the machine. Monobloc machine – no additional costs such as pouring foundations for the table, the possibility to move the machine at any time to another place. Head tilting up to 45° and with rotation of 0° – 90°.
The machine uses automatic central lubrication and bevel gears, so the operation of the machine is much quieter and will work longer. The maximum diameter of the saw is 600mm. The circular machine uses the highest quality components from Siemens and Schneider. The machine is controlled by a touch screen and joysticks and buttons on the control panel, as well as by a wireless remote control. The main motor is equipped with an inverter, which allows infinitely variable speed control.
A built-in laser can be used to set the cutting line. Manual stops are used on the Z-axis to determine the limit positions

Operating modes

manual – In manual mode, we control the operation of the machine mainly with the joysticks on the control panel. There is also an option to move the head by a preset distance in a given axis (“Manual movement distance”). With this option we can precisely move the edge of the saw, for example, by 200mm to the right
automatic – In automatic mode, we can save as many as 12 X-axis (left-right) and Y-axis (front-back) cutting programs. In addition, we can decide whether we want the saw to return to the home-safe position after the cutting program of the elements is completed

Movement in the axes

C axis – Rotation of the head with disc 0° – 90°
A axis – Tilt of the disc 0°-45°
Z axis – Hydraulic drive for accuracy and precision cutting, manual stops
