Three-axis stone numerical center DLCNC-1933

Description

It is based on Syntec software. Program designs can be made on the computer and used on the machine thanks to the built-in USB port. Using these interpolated axes, we can perform many complex machining operations that would otherwise require several machines. The bevel gears used in our machine are more robust and quieter.

The horizontal center is equipped with an electro-spindle with speed control up to 8000 RPM. In addition, the machine has two tool magazines located on both sides of the working table. Tool changing is done automatically. In total, we can store 20 tools on hangers fitted to the tool cones.

The machine uses top-quality components from reputable companies, including Siemens and Schneider. Suction cup and material locking section included with the machine. An additional convenience in our center is a cross laser for material alignment and a pointer – once the design is entered, the machine will show us how to position the suction cups to avoid collisions.
