Single head stone siding machine STQM 400/450FZM9325D

The STQM 400/450FZM9325D stone siding machine allows you to process the sides of granite elements using, among other things, profile cutters and a diamond cutting disc (max. 350mm in diameter). An additional advantage of this machine is a cone mounted directly on the spindle, on which various types of profile cutters are mounted. In addition, we can put on resin and polishing diamond discs and finger cutters. The edges of the material can be processed with peripheral shaped discs. As if that wasn’t enough, we can mount diamond drills on the siding machine to make holes in the material to be machined. So many possibilities for such a small price!

Description

It is a single-head machine with high machining accuracy. Thanks to the tilting spindle, we can achieve many original profile shapes. Infinitely adjustable spindle speed is controlled by an inverter. The head of the siding machine has a tilt of 0-90 degrees. In our siding machine we can set the cutting and grinding of any angle. Working in automatic mode can only be done in a straight line. With a finger cutter we can make a hole for a sink in the countertop and drilling holes in stone is no problem for this siding machine.

We provide warranty and post-warranty service and spare parts. We will organize the transportation of the machine (priced individually) and install the machine and provide training for you and your employees. As one of the few machine suppliers we mill the working table.
