Circular CNC monobloc bridge saw for cutting stone, granite DSCN 500N

A stone circular machine with the ability to cut straight, cut at an angle of 45°, drill, mill (including curves) and machine holes with cutters attached directly to the spindle. Three axes – X, Y, Z are interpolated, can work in parallel at the same time. Machine with tilting of the working table up to 85°, with rotation of the working table every 1°. Monobloc machine – no additional costs such as pouring foundations for the table, the possibility of moving the machine at any time to another place. Head tilting 0° – 45° – 90° and with rotation 0° – 90° – 180°- 270°. The machine due to its weight (~6t) is very solid and stable. The machine uses a hydraulic oil cooler and automatic central lubrication, as well as bevel gears, so the operation of the machine is much quieter and will work longer. The maximum diameter of the saw is 500mm. The circular machine uses the highest quality components from ESA, Siemens and Schneider. The machine is controlled by a touch screen and joysticks and buttons on the control panel, as well as by a wireless remote control. The main motor has an inverter, which allows for infinitely variable speed control. The circulator has a built-in hose for rinsing water. An unquestionable advantage is the ability to remotely connect to the machine (after providing it with Internet access) and help with configuration or remote debugging in case of any problems.

Operating modes

manual – moving the head in each axis is done by switches and in the program dedicated to the control of the machine (touch screen or keyboard + mouse)
automatic – moving the head is done automatically after starting the program, thanks to the appropriate control it is possible to make reliefs and letters after using the appropriate tools

Movement in the axes

X axis – Movement of the tool slide on the bridge, the drive is realized by the bevel gear and the gear wheel; bearing on linear carriages
Y axis – Movement of bridge along horizontal guides, drive via bevel rack and pinion wheel; bearing on linear carriages
C axis – Rotation of the head with the disc 0° – 90° – 180°- 270°
A axis– Disc tilt 0°-45°-90°
Z axis – The screw-based drive provides even greater cutting accuracy and precision
